EPAMOULD by EPAFLEX
Polyester and polyether based TPU designed for injection moulding processes; sometimes they are also suitable for extrusion processes.
The Epamould line includes the following product series
- Epamould 100 series
- Epamould 200 series

Epamould 100 serie
The latest addition to the Epaflex range is the TPU series of saturated polyesters, both plasticised (phthalate-free) and unplasticised, designed to meet the production needs of the global footwear and compounding market.
The 100 series is the result of close collaboration with global manufacturers of high fashion footwear, safety footwear and technical compounders.

Epamould 200 serie
The 200 series includes both plasticised (phthalate-free) and unplasticised TPU’s based on saturated polyesters with improved hydrolysis resistance and excellent physical-mechanical properties.
The 200 series is produced with a hardness range of 63 Sh A to 70 Sh D.

Epamould 600 serie
The 600 series includes both plasticised (phthalate-free) and unplasticised TPU’s based on saturated polyesters with high physical-mechanical properties.

Epamould 700 serie
The Epaflex 700 series includes both unplasticised TPU based on Polytetramethylene Ether Glycol (PTMG) with excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack.
The 700 series is produced with a hardness range of 80 Sh A to 55 Sh D.
